TATTOO BOOKING FORM

Once your inquiry is accepted, a $50 deposit ( via Venmo or CashApp) is required to lock in your appointment day/time. The deposit comes off the price of your tattoo, (or last session if its a multi session piece) Deposits are non-refundable, but can be moved to a new date if you reschedule with at least 48 hours notice.

If you cancel or reschedule the same day, the deposit will be forfeited and a new one will be required to book again. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time!

I do not send out or show designs prior to the appointment. On the day of your appointment, small adjustments can be made to the design to make sure it fits your vision. However, major changes ( such as subject matter, style or overall composition) will require a reschedule and a new deposit . To avoid delays, please be as detailed and descriptive as possible when submitting your ideas :)

My minimum is $120.

For palm-sized tattoos or tattoos that can be completed in one session- i can typically give you a flat rate on. if you are wanting color in your tattoo, the price generally increases as more supplies is being used.

For larger, more detailed work, i charge $120 per hour.
